CRO Ltd was brought on board in September 2006 to manage Creativity for
Life. Based in Olney, Bucks, it is a small, vibrant agency, specialising in project
and event management for the arts in education.

Its Director, Catherine Rose, is also Editor of ArtsProfessional magazine and
Managing Director of the music charity Sinfonia 21. Elliot Willis is CRO Ltd’s
Technical and Logistics Manager. Elliot also has his own business as a graphic and motion designer for print, multi-media and television. Louise Lewis is our administrator. We also work with a wide range of freelance contractors, mainly artists and consultants. On CfL we have worked with 29 artists and two consultants, Kiran Rao and Fran Wilde.

CRO Ltd is engaged on a number of long-term developmental projects, as
well as undertaking shorter projects, courses, reportage and documentation
projects. Some projects are carried out for clients, such as Arts Council
England, Creative Partnerships, Local Authorities and charitable trusts.

Others are generated by CRO Ltd, such as Sinfonia 21’s Community
Programme and the Olney Conducting Workshops. CRO Ltd also carries out
local projects including a recent summer project with Olney Youth Club.
